Replying to Brand new fullt tilts feel too small...help

I just bought Full tilt high five boots size 27-27.5.
 I was previously riding on Salomon boots which  were 27 and they seemed to be a bit big. Like they never really kept my foot snug enough and my foot was just kind of loose all the time. So today was my first time taking these boots out on the hill and I'm kind of worried because they feel small. It has nothing to do with the foot itself, it is my toes. My toes are actually touching the end of the boot and it feels uncomfortable. I'm really worried about it. I don't know where I should go from here. The shop will definitely not refund them because they've been used and they have a scratch on them.

Does anyone know what I should do? Should I continue riding with these boots and wait it out or should I put these up for sale on NS and see what happens? Or is there a solution to this problem. I appreciate any help...
