Brand new fullt tilts feel too small...help

I just bought Full tilt high five boots size 27-27.5.
I was previously riding on Salomon boots which were 27 and they seemed to be a bit big. Like they never really kept my foot snug enough and my foot was just kind of loose all the time. So today was my first time taking these boots out on the hill and I'm kind of worried because they feel small. It has nothing to do with the foot itself, it is my toes. My toes are actually touching the end of the boot and it feels uncomfortable. I'm really worried about it. I don't know where I should go from here. The shop will definitely not refund them because they've been used and they have a scratch on them.
Does anyone know what I should do? Should I continue riding with these boots and wait it out or should I put these up for sale on NS and see what happens? Or is there a solution to this problem. I appreciate any help...

did you get them heat molded?
do that. and the intuition liners work best with a toe cap while heat molding.
it took me a month to get mine worn in. they'll be just fine dude, it takes some time for pack out, even if you got them heat molded. i wear a size 12 shoe, and have a size 9 liner. shit was mayhem for the first month, but now they feel like money. just use them, they'll get better.

I did not get them heat molded...Should I call the shop and ask them to heat mold them? But my toes are actually touching the end like I feel like it's too small

DEFINATLY get them heat molded. to me thats almost the best part about the boots. do the toe cap method as said above, and those babies will probably be pefect

First BOOTS TAKE TIME TO BREAK IN. 90% of the supposed foot problems that I deal with will be taken care of when the boots break in.
Second, get some good orthodic style insoles (superfeet) they will make your foot more stable, keep your arch from flattening out and causing that numb toes sensation, plus when your foot flattens out it tends to gain about 1/4 to 1/2 a size, improve your overall control of the ski, and MOST importantly for you place your foot at a little bit of an angle inside the boot, therefore pulling your toes back just a bit.
Hope they work out for you bro.
Worst comes to worst have your bootfitter grind them out a couple mm.

they will feel way way too small if you are using liners that are not molded. i hate even putting on full tilt boots before the liner is molded.
get them molded. bring at least one pair of socks (i use 2) and make sure the shop has good toe caps.
intuition/full tilt liners can be molded without footbeds. some people disagree and find they are more comfortable with footbeds.
i find that the intuition/full tilt liners + footbeds is just too tight for me feet. i am not just in full tilt liners and thus far have found just the liners are providing enough support. i have fucked up feet too.

Yep, agree with most of what everyone has said, especially iggy. There is nothing wrong with your toes touching the front of your boots. Just get them molded and ski.

i had that problem last year, i ran my intuition liners with no footbed or insole what so ever. it worked, but this year i had customs made, and then had them ground so they were paper thin except where they provide support. i also ground the insides of the boots out a hair. now my boots are even more money than ever!
but really, your toes should be touching the end.
