Superbowl Predictions

As the season is winding to a close, the postseason predictions can now start. Who does everybody have making the Superbowl and why?

I've got:-

Steelers at Panthers

Bold prediction, but the Steelers definitely have what it takes to win in the postseason (and that's the key, being able to perform when it counts), and the Panthers are my team and have been fantastic as of late. I guess Sunday vs the Giants AT Giants' stadium will determine just how legitimate a contender they are, but I think if they can get Steve Smith going and keep the running game on, they'd wear down any defensive unit pretty quick.

Whatever happens though, I was to see a wicked game with no controversy.

i'd say more than likely it'll be steelers panthers, but watch out for the titans and colts too. The afc is gonna be really strong coming into playoffs

Jets because Favre is sick

Vikings because AP is supernatural

LOL, not if they keep starting tarvaris jackson. But AP is a freak and could just get 200+ yards a game and carry the team. plus he shares the same last name as me.

oh, and if the giants lose to the panthers sunday you can count them out. 3 straight loses makes it pretty clear they're not going anywhere without plaxico. only way they might overcome it is with good qb play, and peytons little brother isn't good enough

HAHAHA no way man...T-JACK is where its at...yes i will go wtih every other minnesotan including myself and say we hated him...but now he is just on fire...5 or 6 TD passes in the last 2 games..and last week half his completions in the fist half were touchdowns...think about that he never has to pass cause we just give it to AP and Chester Taylor...i would love to see the vikes in the superbowl but its a long shot.


here is my call...

Cowboys vs. Colts

the colts are a strong team really strong and made a huge turn around how many games in a row have they won? 9 or 10? thats pretty impressive.

now pending the cowboys make the playoffs (they have baltimore this week, and philly next) but i think they can take care of the both of them...but with a philly loss this week and a dallas win that would clinch it (philly plays washington)...but dallas imo...is the best team in the nfl...that defense is just crazy...but when you look at that offense they are so crazy balanced...an amazing O-Line...TO, Roy Williams, Patrick Crayton, Jason Witten, Marion Barber, Felix Jones (if healthy) and if not who cares cause they have Tashard Choice...and Tony Romo ans when he is on fire he is un stoppable...

i can easily see the cowboys winnning the superbowl...the steelers are a good team...but all they are is defense the cowboys D could shut down the steelers O no problem...and i am a giants fan as well...and frankely the giants are f'ed with out plax right now...and if jacobs isn't healthy thats terrible....the panthers have a great running attack..and also have steve smith but they just don't seem the superbowl type...the titans are a solid defense and running game...but there passing game is seriously lacking...blah and i just can't stand the jets, favre will throw 5 interceptions and make an early exit for the team...the vikings (my boys) just don't have enough experience...

so the Cowboys and Colts i highly believe is what its going to be...witht he cowboys winning it by 14...

god i absolutely hate the cowboys and don't want them to win...but they are the best team.

if the giants make the superbowl again, im going to put on some make-up, slash my wrists, and cry in a corner like a little bitch. i hate eli manning. half the time he looks like he's moping around like a lost kid playing with himself at recess. he rolls his head around like a fruitcake when he misses his targets and such. to me, he's an unprofessional wiener with no leadership qualities who happened to stumble upon success like columbus stumbled upon north america.

well, drew haha probably the one time i won't side with ya buddy...sports are my life...and actually thats my main goal in life is to be one of those over paid sports analysts on TV haha...currently going to school for Mass Communications/Broadcasting...hey the sports business is HUGE and will never die.
