I'm in Bellevue, wa, and we've got about 5+ inches and still coming down.
The roads are a complete disaster. I was the only person who came into work today out of a 179 person office.
They're not keeping me home. No sir, i need 8 hours today, and 8 hours tomorrow, in order to qualify for my year end bonus of a full weeks pay. I didn't work ALL YEAR to get screwed on the last two days of the year long pay period.
Oh, also, I guess I'm a little bit worried, because I was supposed to close on a condo I'm buying today or tomorrow...I'm guessing the escrow office isn't open, but who knows...guess I'll cross that bridge when I get there.
i know, right?! They said that Bellevue MIGHT get a LITTLE bit of snow yesterday morning...that didn't happen, then they said we might get a little bit this morning only-- and now on the news they're saying "snow is possible" in Bellevue. Just shows you how you can't rely on the newscasters AT ALL-- its been drumping since i woke up and hasn't stopped at all. I know that our 8+ inches is weak sauce compared to spokane, but we never get snow, so this is a big deal.
I think the news is still a little oblivious too, they're reporting in the wrong areas.
