lifted vs 1242

just crossed my mind how ironic it is that oakley charges around 30 bucks for their team video and Helly Hansen give theirs away for free. granted there is a little more to 1242 but when it comes down to it they are both just promo videos.

no, lifted is a promo vid, 1242 is actually a high budget (im guessing) vid thats like an hour long not including extra footage

to much blabbin in lifted, and the actual skiing wasnt long, but well done. it was cool to see a trailor for a snowboard flick(Saturation) but they still cant touch ski movies

Back in Black anyone? Skiing has always been one step behind snowboarding, and snowboard vids are proof of this. The closest thing to a good ski vid, in terms of vs. snowboard vids, is Superpark. Company videos eat ass, and that is why I give so much credit to omen productions, matchstick, etc. for working their asses off to make sweet movies.

i mean lifted was cool to get in september and watch before all the other flicks came out but come on 1242 is amazing
