yeah, very annoying, i go to put my mouse over the forums link and i go too far and i have to wait like 20 seconds for the rossi ad to drop down and go back
you also can't read the other part of the ad

Yeah, it is really pissing me off.  I never liked Rossi anyway, so now I have another reason to think they need to stick to racing.

ok here's what you do: if you scroll over it by accident and it pops down. just scroll across it and it will go back up. if you scroll over it and it has that little loading bar, just scroll over where the ad would be when it pops down. then it will stop loading.

i was on videos yesterday (the new section) and when it opened the window to play a youtube vid. it scrolled down over the CLOSE button, and i would scroll off of it, then try to hit close again, and it would come back. taunting meee....
