Replying to LINE Warranty attn: any line rep or somebody
Need an opinion/advice::::
Bought some Elizabeths last year, really needed pow skis, big investment, like 500 bucks. Bought them brand new from a Line dealer, rode em for about a month or so, not really that hard, but pulled the edge of em after like 3 weeks, stopped skiing them, tried to get the edge fixed, couldnt, so i just brought them out again anyways after i ran out of other skis. was shooting mammoth at the end of the season, landed fakie on the big booter, pretty good tranny, and snapped them right through the core. Probably about 20 days total, snapped.
Tried to get them warrantied through the dealer and they won't do it. I dont understand what this warranty covers if it doesnt cover a snapped core after moderate use. The rest of the skis are in good shape, the bases aren't all rocked up and shit, and besides the edge, everything else is perfect.
I understand that Line can't warranty every pair of broken skis, but really? nothing? they can't even try to give me a pair of old ones or something? If anyone has had success with Line's warranty program, PLEASE give me a shout, pm, whatever.
