just know that once you take that semester off, two things can happen...
you love all the time off you have, the freedom, and low paying job, and you will find it nearly impossible to return.... probably worst scenario
you love all the time off you have, the freedom, and low paying job, but you quickly begin to realize that it has no direction, no real end goal, not very high standards, and you will be dying to get back into school when the time comes
I would recommend that if you do take a semester break, do something intrinsically rewarding. or spend your time working to enrich the lives of others. nothing is a better learning experience than learning the difference you can make in a person's life. Don't party all the time, drink it up with your friends, and bum around, it will only lead to a semester tragically lost... The only reason to take a semester break would be to maybe get more in tune with God (if you are religious), help others who are less fortunate, and study up on some of the subjects you failed to understand.
but no matter what, follow your head and your heart, and as tempting as it is, don't be persuaded into doing what you don't think will be best for building a productive future!
Peace dude, and good luck!!!!
P.S. tell us what you choose to do
