Alright so...

I found a quarter o a couple months ago in a backpack that was in a bush. I was with a ex-friend who has a massive mouth, so recently shit caught up with me.

The guy who's it was wants me to pay him back. I dont want to get the shit kicked out of me by his friends. Hes cool but he keeps sending goons to intimidate me.

 I wouldn't have taken it if i had known it was his, but i smoked all of it before i figured it out. I really dont feel like paying him back, finders keepers losers weepers ya know. What do i do? What stoner ettiquitte did i breach by taking the quarter?

tell the guy to prove it was his, its highly unlikely that your friend went and told enough people that  it got to some random guy who coincidentally was the one who left the bud in the forest.

Im not a violent person. I have to deal with this cause i like to hang out in the same place as them, but they're all kind of retarded and cant realize that they fucked up. I already gave him 20 bucks and he said it was cool, but a couple days ago some cokehead came into my work and was asking me for money.

I want to talk to this guy not his retarded friends who think they're tough shit and probably are more than me at least. I fucking hate dealing with people i dont respect but can probly kick my ass.

lol metal bats because the wood ones snap too easy....... they only snap when the thing you are hitting is perpendicular to the grain, and im pretty sure that even if you did make contact with someones head, and went against the grain of the bat, it still would not snap

The guy I was with already admitted to it before i knew about anything, so i couldnt really deny anything. I want to kick his ass, but since then he is friends with them too, big ass bulgarian guy with a gun has his back.

yes because my post is full of bragging about my abilities to swing a wooden baseball bat lol. i wasnt expecting someone to make such a big deal about my post, and take it as bragging, i made that comment as a purely informational post, i thought it was common knowledge that wood is stronger when the grain is parallel to the force acting upon it, why do you think the wood in houses is built the way it is.

anyways, i forgot to post to the thread creator in my first post. I would mention that he cant prove that its his, and if he somehow can, ask why it was in the woods, chances are he was ditching it to avoid trouble,  so its probably better that you found it, and not a cop. If hes still persistent on getting you to pay him back, and he continues to send people to intimidate you into paying, make sure youre with friends as much as possible.

for you to even think twice or let alone even once to what that idiot has to say then you're wasting his time.  If you honestly just stumbled upon a bag and truly had no clue as to why it was there or who it belonged too then its finders keepers all the way. lol all you have to do is stay on the offensive.. make sure you are always the one asking the questions. They will become really uneasy if its true and they know its not your fault or if they are lying, they will begin to know that they lack the evidence to proof it and that they won't escalate the situation because;
if taken to the police, they will be dragged into a situation where they all could be charged with assault, possesion/ with intent to sell, etc... and also carry as little money as possible, or have your friends hold it.

and if fall else fails... restraining order!!!

Yo honestly I cant say what you should do because I dont know the guy but I can say that the majority of the kids posting in this thread wouldn't fight this kid, they would ask there parents for some dough and pay this dude back. I do know that there are people that you can fuck with and there are people that you cant but judging from the length of time this has taken place over you probs dont really have to worry about it because if you were getting fucked up for this you would have already

I walked past it, saw the backpack, it was just a sketchy ass smoke spot no one uses because people call the cops, i looked in and saw the weed but didnt take it, i went back to my car, i was like holy shit that was a butt load of weed, and then i went back and took it.
