4hours of sleep vs no sleep

Before a test, got the opportunity to sleep 4hours. Is it better to sleep those 4 hours or sleep after the test ?

Sleep. Even a little sleep is better than no sleep. Plus you internalize alot of the info you learned during the day when you sleep.

trust me sleep
ive had days where i dont sleep and take a test and i do shitt
but then theres the days where i study pretty late then sleep
and its worth it

even a 10 minute power nap can get you rejuvinated, so a 4 hour nap will do wonders, even if you're only getting in the first few rem cycles it's still good to sleep
think about the material and then go to sleep, it helps you remember it to sleep right after studying
