So, boys and girls. First of all I cannot explain how pissed off I am right now.
These are my babies. Skied like 8 days total. Yesterday was my first day on these bindings,
I'm guessing the new mount is the cause of this.

Here's what i'm wondering.
If i take these back to the shop where i had them mounted will the guys there try to tell me its
my fault because i gave them the bindings and hardware to have them mounted with
and the screws were too long?
Will they give me new skis?

BTW. They are 06/07 Salomon Foils 166. I bought them new at the end of last season.
They had like 5 days on them with the old bindings, then i brought them to the shop last week
to have them mounted up with some S912ti's. Then i went skiing for the first time this season
and i just noticed this tonight. What do you guys think?

I would like to bring to everyone attention that shastafarian did in fact do this to a pair of my skis he was mounting.  There is a little dimple on the bottom from where he drilled too deep. 

It has not effected the ski at all, and I don't really care, I just thought it was funny.

SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME!!!! The guy almost got fired. It was on my fujatives, and the fag forgot to put the riser on my axial 2 120s before screwing on one ski. They ended up giving me the new k2 disorderlys for free. so hopefully they'll just give you new skis, maybe suspects or something salomon.

the fuckstick at the shop put the blame on me for having the wrong size screws (which they were not). so really there's not much i could do about it. shit sucks

How big are you? If you are riding 166's I assume you are under 120lbs, I highly doubt you will rip the bindings out or notice any issues with the skis.

the shop as well as the tech are responsible for the correct mounting of any ski and binding combination.... you know that little form you fill out it covers there ass and yours! it could be a few different things that caused it if the bindings were indeed stock then he did not drill deep enough. even if they did have longer screws or no lifters its their responsibility! unmounting and grinding the screws down will alter the skis integrity and hioghly increase ther chances of your bindings ripping out... and the ski company will not replace them if they were mounted incorrectly! i would demand new skis and they should have no problem giving you some!

he should have checked to see that the screws were of proper length.

brought my brand new 08 fischer addicts into this pretty reputable store to be mounted. My friend that works there hooked me up with the mount for 20 bucks instead of 50. so i asked for like 1cm or so behind center. i get them back and it seemed like something was wrong. i went and did some measuring and made some checks. turns out the idiot mounted it like 1.5cm INFRONT of center.

if i hadnt went in there earlier that week to get a job, i woulda been more aggressive about it, but i didnt wanna be a dick. so i bring em in, their Tech (whos a complete douch bag btw) measures it and hes like... yep, 1.5 infront of center... sorry, i will go remount em.

heres the thing that pisses me off. how the fuck do you mess that up?!?! and i mean skis arent meant to be remounted if they dont have to... some companies like armada dont accept skis under warranty if they were mounted more than once... and plus, they didnt refund my money or give me a free tuning or something... they just did it in 20 minutes and gave it back.  it was pretty stupid...

 I had a set of salomon drivers and took them in ot get mounteed on my fugatives and they did the same thing and they gave a shitty ass pair of salomon 10ti race bindings as replacements but gave me a brand new pair of fugatives,
