its only been a couple weeks into the season and ive already got horrible shin bang. i know the only cure for shin bang is to stop skiing but i was just wondering if any of you have tricks to help prevent/help shin bang cuz basically it sucks.

look into maybe getting a heel lift in ur boot it shuld raise ur heel and keep ur shin forward pressed on teh front of ur boot preventing it from slammin up on the fromt of the boot man...either do that or put them gel heel cups in the boot theyll to basicly the same thing...and STRETCH the muscles around ur shins shuld help a lil bit
