ski racing comes in at 11th

freestyle comes in at 25th

i think this is really hard to rate because each and every sport is hard in there own ways. and not to mention an aspect of a sport thats hard to someone might be easy to another person and vice versa.

But, some sports are definetly harder than others. I dont think they can simply make a list like this though.

That list is way to subjective.  If you want to say most physically demanding you have to put in wrestling, boxing, swimming, marathon running.  If you want to say what takes the most balls you have to put things like freestyle skiing, skydiving, etc. nearer to the top.

not as much as boxing but if you want to be a serious racer you have to be in damn good shape and have a super strong core as well as strong and fit legs
i get out of breath at the bottom of a course, skiing definitely requires a pretty high level of fitness if you want to be able to give every course 100% strength

Are you kidding me? Skateboarding is by far one of the top 5 toughest sports, if not THE toughest sport. I dont know how other people interpret "touch" but skateboarding is the HARDEST sport, no doubt.

i dont know about that list i use to run cross country ( hope people dont bash on it) team was ranked one of the best in the state but it was one of the most dificult if not hardest thing i have ever done in my life

personsally i would say baseball should be closer to numer one from where it is because hitting the ball is easily one of the most hardest things to do because of the speed the ball is thrown, size of the ball, and the amount of things pitchers can do to the ball

no way for ufc -- shit is certainly burly, but i find it tough to respect in terms of taking skill, it's all instinct.

don't get me wrong, i wouldn't step in one of those cages, and i wouldn't call out a UFC fighter to his face, but here on the internet, i have no problem comparing it to boxing and saying it doesn't stand a chance.

Absorbing punches from another dude whose job IS to punch. Takes an incredible level of fitness to be able to do what they do, not to mention the training they go through to also lay the smack down just as hard.

No way. In terms of skill, the blending of so many forms of martial arts and combat sports takes a great deal of training and skill. It may not be one of the toughest persay, but it is certainly up there above boxing.

i would agree with this statement but there is one thing that doesnt make sense if there going by skill.  BADMINTON is before GOLF!  there is no way badminton takes more skill than golf.  hell id say u have to be tougher to play golf too... u have to walk about 5 miles on an average 18 hole course. u have to have mad stamina to be able to do that and be able to make a good golf shot by the end of it.

badminton you run about 4 miles in a game -- it's actually more running than tennis, and the shuttlecock rally speed is faster than the tennis ball (idk about serves)

basketball is that high...i really hope they are looking at like highschool and college too...cause those levels it is hard

anybody who watches the NBA knows that it is a crock of shit...one guy gets the ball another guy defends him...they play one on one...the guy drives the the hoop against the defender and the 8 other guys on the court stand around and watch those two go at it...its pathetic...the nba needs to die...

Anyone who said the toughest sport on earth was UFC is a fucking failure. UFC is not a sport. Its an organization, the sport is called mixed martial arts, get your shit straight. Oh and yes, I do believe MMA is the toughest sport in the world. Mentally, technically, and physically~

but number 2 on that list should be water polo...i think there are like 4 quarters of 8 minutes long each or something like that...but i could never swim back and forth and tread water for that long and try and score a goal...just think of the goalies in that...they have to tread the entire time...dammmn

thats pretty dumb, tennis i would think would be higher, and auto racing should definatly be towards the top. unless they mean nascar. and skateboarding is definatly harder than freestyle skiing for sure. football and some of that shit isnt hard at all to do. the only way to measure how hard a sport is is how hard it is to get down the basics so you can do it well. after that not one sport is harder than another, they all just have different limits.

its all about how you play it and how hard you work on it, someone like yao ming might say basketball is the easiest because he dosent have to jump to dunk and hes the tallest, and someone like t-hall(or any other super pro) might say skiing is wicked easy because thety ski 24/7, and they fucking pwn at skiing.

i definitely agree with auto racing. F1 drivers can pull up to something like 6gs on some turns. Thats about as much as a fighter pilot will pull on average.

Baseball i think is an easy sport contrary to this whole idea that hitting a baseball is the hardest thing in sports. If its so hard, why can so many people do it so well? Baseball is all hand eye coordination.

Although i think its stupid to make a list like this since there can really be no comparison, i think they did a decent job of it.

Oh, and cross country running would definitely be one of, if not the hardest of them all. I did it for 4 years and it was by far the hardest thing i have ever done. I
