ok so its 3:25 am here now and once again im not sleeping. i have class at 10:30. Ive been up to atleast 3am for the past 8 nights doing school projects and such and i dont feel tired. have i adapted? or will i drop dead in a matter of days?

no youll keep doing that until you just decide to stay up all night one night, then youll sleep like 15 hours the next day... or so my experiences have gone. now im too tired to think of words.

well one day i did go to the bar get home at 7 and have to work at 9 on saturday. then i slept till monday mourning. but without consistant rem sleep ill start forgeting stuff and ill go mad

I got up earlyish this mourning and went skiing I was so fuckign tired when I was done but I didnt take a nap or goto bed cuz i knew i would never sleep tonight but here it is 2:00 in the mourning again and Im not even near tired I tried to goto sleep an hour ago but im too damn wired man I just cant bust this cycle of going to sleep at 6 in the mourning

Dude, the same thing has been happening to me... I've been trying to change my sleep cycle by going to bed earlier but it never seems to work out, I go to bed later and later but still get up at the same time. So today I just decided to fuck it and not go to bed anymore. It's 4:42am... still going strong. Class in five hours.

been doing that for close to 2 weeks now...bed at like 3-4 each night...up at 7 to work 9-5...1hr nap after work and repeat. body gets used to it for a while and you dont even really feel that tired at night...then you burn out and feel useless for a few days straight. then back to normal.

Yah, I usually get 4-5 hrs. each night. If you can force yourself to sleep like 7-9 hrs, the next day you fee like superman. Thats what happens to me at least.
