You can usually pick em up at like walmart or something..they are one of the greatest invention ever in my opinion

Pretty sure they have ones made by a company called Nomo. We had some by that company when I was a kid, but I don't know if they make them anymore.
The best was hooking them up with a rope to the ATV or snowmobile and then building like mile long courses.
check sleds.com for some similar knock-offs. The beauty of the Nomos is that they were like 200 dollars new (in the late 80s mind you) but had super strong frames. We bought some cheapers ones and they broke almost immediately.
