I thought things were going to be good here, because of how many people went here...but I just cant seem to find a good group of people. It looks like everyone has their mean-mug on and I just can't stand it. The whole place is like little Long Island, and I feel like I get stepped on because I don't get a hair cut every 2 weeks, don't work out, and don't have a pile of daddy's money to spend. The girls are hot, but they are all 100-pound Long Island chicks that are probably dead scared when they see me.
This place is the perfect place to play "Count the ugg boots and northface jackets...bonus points for a combo". I feel so out of place with my 6.0's, slim pants, my LDc jacket, and a crocheted hat, all with a bandana to keep warm.
I was interested in Computer Science, but this shitty professor scared me out of that route, so now im looking at natural sciences, which Albany does not have a lot (cept Bio/Medical).
I want to go to a place thats so small, so cold, and so skier-friendly that it would the last place a Long Islander would ever go? Any suggestions? I was thinking Plattsburgh, but I am not sure if it has what I need in terms of Majors. The large number of Majors that Albany has is the one reason I have for staying here after this year.
