Replying to Fucked over by XBOX LIVE

So about 3 hours ago I'm taking a shit and I hear my dad yelling. I soon realize he's talking to someone at xbox live. After my business is done I ask him what was up. He tells me that there's a bill for an extra 3 month gold membership on xbox live. I purchased a 3 month membership in October and there was a bill for that, then another one for November. I know it's only 20 dollars extra, but the bull shit is that they said that they didn't even have any of this in their data base. My dad gave them his credit card number and my gamer tag neumerous times and they had my gamer tag, but not the payments. I then sign on to live and go to account management. I pull up the credit card and membership info and it says my last 3 mo. purchase was in October and my membership doesn't expire until January. How my dad got billed extra is beyond me, but how they don't have ANYTHING about this in their system is what worries me more. Since it's only 20 bucks it's not a super big deal, my dad and I are just glad that we caught it now. Who knows, it could have gone on for months. (My dad's not super educated on this stuff, he might not have caught it).
