Replying to MAGICAL MUSHROOMS

YO waddup ns, so this weekend i am going on a voyage of hallucinogenic adventures and was looking for some advice from experienced trippers. Itll be my second time, first one i ate like 1.5 gs and i was wondering about the dosage and how much i should buy/eat this time.
Im 155, and my buddy is 140
we are looking to get a nice trip going for like 6 hours or less
so how much shrooms should i purchase?
I was thinking like 4 grams?
Also any thoughts on actually ingesting them, i ate them in a sandwich last time,
whats most effective, they taste pretty fucking bad.
