someone tried telling me the 08 bacons are the same as the 08 w a different topsheet....is it true

It's true dude, one big conspiracy if you ask me.  They just took the 08 model, put 08 on it with the same topsheet and started selling them.

Pretty sure the only difference is the stiffness. They made it a tad stiffer for 09, more torsionally stiffer than lengthwise though. That's what the line person said. So yeah, they're a little different, but not that much.

there have been no changes to the bacons since 07 except durability, the 08 and 09 ones are more durable than 07 but there weren't any changes in stiffness, early rise, early taper, dimensions, nothing

You sure? Because I talked to 2 line reps and they both said that the 09 was a bit stiffer. But yeah the rest hasn't changed at all.

i talked to josh about it and some other guy and they both said they haven't changed, the stiffness was just a rumor but the bacons are the same
