Replying to Playing with mounting and the heelpiece track

Alright, so I didnt really searchbar this very much, since I wasnt really sure what to searchbar, but here goes. So last season I got my skis mounted at 1.5cm back from true center, but with the heelpiece moved almost all the way forwards, so they look like they are mounted for recommended, but they ski like they are mounted at -1.5, the added bit of heelpiece also adds stiffness in the tails for backseat landings. I was wondering if anyone else had tried this before, and what did they think about it?
