I hate to have to do this because I thought i8van - Ivan Sharko was a very legit and talented member, but he has definitely dropped the ball on my purchase from him.
On Sept. 3 , I purchased 7 prints for $60. When I received them, they showed up looking like this:
The quality of the prints was really poor, but that wasn't even my issue of concern. I had told him beforehand how much I appreciated his work and how I wanted to hang the prints in my new apartment. Instead, I received prints with huge creases on all of them.
It would be one thing if they were shipped properly, and I could make a case to the postal service for the damage, but he shipped them in a plastic bag! No poster tube, no box, no rubber band, no padding, nothing....I can understand him shipping them as such if these were free posters, but I had paid $60 and said I intended on framing and hanging them.

ivan, i got the prints but am pretty dissapointed b/c they came folded
in a plastic bag. i know you are a legit guy and am sure you did not
intend for this to happen, but i paid a decent amount of money for the
prints and expected them to come in good condition rather than all
creased. typically prints come in a poster tube or hard envelope, and
that's what i expected, especially since i had mentioned excitedly that
i would be framing them in my apartment. can you please give me a shout
so that we can work this out? thanks!

It's been 2 months. I have not seen anything and have tried to contact him through both PM and email without receiving a response. The messages all show as "unread" even though he frequently logs on - last login was yesterday, Dec 8.
If anyone knows Ivan and might be able to help me out, I would really appreciated it.
