Replying to Bending SAS140 brakes

I know how to do fks brakes and got mine to 130, and have seen the tgr tutorial thread on doing the p18s.  My question is is it possible to get the brake out of the plastic housing on the sas and px style bindings?  It doesn't seem like there is enough room to get the brake in a vise without doing that.  If anyone has done it and knows how, or knows that it isn't possible please let me know how you did it.

I really want to avoid dropping another 40 bucks on the 130mm brakes.
