you go to their site and then to the warrenty page.
when it says defective or you broke yor product say defective.
They will send you an RMA number. you take that number and put it on a package and send your headphones to them. then they replace them usualy.
those are my rough directions.
it takes awhile tho. I sent some in like three weeks ago and havent gotten them back yet but they confirmed that they would send me new ones like a week ago.
if you just go to their site and do the warrenty form they will send you more insturctions.
