I was skiing everyday for a couple of months last year now i ski once and have to take 2 weeks off then same again. i got full tilts and i dont ride back seat. do i need to take more time off? or what
spk dont work for everyone! before, I had a another pair of boot and I never got shinbang. Now that I have spk my shin hurt a lot!
and I noticed that skiing backseat is not that bad. the real problem is when you are leanding backseat because all the weigh of your body put a lot of pressure on your shin in a short laps of time. after that impact, your shin is shaking and then BOOM a nice shinbang apear! (sorry for bad english)
