Anyone know how foreign students should apply next year?
thanks ^^^^
a's and b's minimum, heavy on the a's light on the b's for good schools
a's for really good schools
stanford would be sooooo dope.
unfortunately for me, i dont want ot go to any of the places i got in (western state, u of u, lyndon state) so i may go to umaine farmington for a year before transferring somewhere else, or a cc about ten minutes from my town for 2 years to save money, boost my gpa, and get gen ed courses done.
after all of that, thinking of ohio state, virginia tech, unh
Clarkson University
brown u
carnegie mellon
bucknell
mit waiting list :/
yeah def. im waiting on fin. aid from umf and will decide then.
one nice part about going to a cc is that my parents said i could turn our basement into a makeshift apartment. i will also have consistent work during the time at cc, so i could pay for it.
one issue is that id be missing the college experience
living in dorms, shitty food, partying;
i still need to weigh the pros and cons of each
mine really care about all of that stuff. the last party i went to, i have a sip of a highly diluted screwdriver, i walked in the house, said goodnight and my mom sniped me for it. she knew but i told her she was nuts.
and i really want the college experience, but dont want to drop a ton of coin on some place i dont want to go
