Replying to Birthday

I've seen a lot of birthday threads so would like to say happy bday to anybody's who has past recently or will soon. anyways mine was today and it was pretty bomb, so i feel like telling the story of the day

My girlfriend called and woke me up at 12 and wished me a happy birthday, was pretty cool of her, i went into school and all of my friends were wishing me a happy birthday and shit too, got some home-made cards which was awesome. I come home and my girlfriend comes with me, and finally gives me my gift. I take out a picture frame, decked out in ski stickers from the recent snow expo, and in the middle is a sheet of paper that says Jay Peak (Im from NY and ski shit all winter). So it turns out that she planned a trip for me her and a couple friends to all go out to her aunts house near Jay, spend the night there and go ski Jay the entire following day, return to her aunts (maybe head up to Montreal as i just turned 18) then come back home the following day. She is paying for my lift ticket and is driving ( i receive auto-shotgun the whole trip). It's gunna be fucking awesome, so im pumped and we start to get ready to go out to dinner with my parents. I get to the restaurant and go into the upstairs room where i guess my grandparents are at the table to find close to 20 of my friends packed into a bathroom. They all came charging out (it was a tiny bathroom) shouting surprise and shit it was pretty sweet. We all eat chicken wings and pizza then head over to a basketball game at my school, where we all take our rowdy energy out on the other team almost getting kicked out multiple times. All in all it was an awesomee birthday and i cant wait to go skiing at Jay Peak, ive heard the rumors but never actually skied there. my girlfriends pretty boss and im just stoked overall. thanks for reading
