Replying to Photo Backpack

I was looking to get a photo backpack for skiing so I need it to be waterproof and have good protection. I have a Nikon D60 with an 18-55 and 55-200. I also have a Nikon F90 35mm Camera that i'd like to take once in a while. That one has a 28-70 on it. And I also want room for future lenses and stuff. So i know about the dakine sequence and mission photo, but are they the best choice or does another company make something better that will fit all that stuff? What do you guys use? Ohh and i'd like to keep it pretty small if I can.
