Replying to Weight distribution problem with salomon spk kaos boots
I just bought the spk kaos which i was very excited about using for the first time. The guy who sold them to me had a lot of nice things to say about their many features, including the fact that they are somewhat more upright than the traditional boot, which is supposed to make park-style riding easier as it doesnt necessarily rely on good carving technique and leaning forward, etc like say, racing. However, using these boots today, it really ended up screwing me up it would seem. First run i did a 180 over a knoll and went straight to my back. later on, i was trying to 450 out of a box, which was definitely easier to rotate because of the uprightness, but again i went straight to my back after touching down. this doesn't usually happen to me, so i was wondering if other people who have this boot think that i would just get used to the uprightness and start balancing better when i land, or if maybe i should get a different boot?
