jsut got my copy today, I've already watched it three times... I have to say its pretty dope, the skiing is definatly off the hook, crazy loactions, good bonus features and overall a killer movie... just got one thing to say tho, i generally like hip hop and rap more in movies just a personal opinion it pumps me up more, but this movie the music just didnt pump me, tanners song was pretty good and i like the occasional rock or punk song but it just didnt give it the mood, oh well just my opinion any of you guys think the same?
What the hell were they doing with a car on the moon?... havent they gone far enough?

a good mix of everything is what it is all about.
different types of music, fits different skiers, who have different styles, and different tricks.
listening to peter paul and mary well watching tanner hall just dosnt seem to go.
know what im saying?
but i also think some times the music drowns out the natural sounds of skiing.
sliding a long flat bar sounds dope, and they should never cover it up with music

I do have an appreciation for 80's music and all types of music and sure i will agree boyd sections need some of it.... but i felt they used it a bit too much, plus i like the soundtrack a lot better now that i listened to it on my computer that has subs.... btw dont tell me what music to like, i said it was a preference doesnt mean you have to say like 80s rock cause i never will...

there more rap/ hip hop than eminem...what you hear on MTV shouldnt be what you base your opinion on the genre from. I thought the soundtrack in 1242 went well. But soon enough, 80's music will be played out to. A good blend of everything is nice.

70's had there music and then it got played, 80's had there music and then it got played, 90's had hip hop / rap, and it is just on the verge of getting played out, give it like a year or two and no one will be into it, it's right on the edge of being played out like Bryan Adams.

im more of a rap type of guy, but i loved the soundtrack. most of it isnt music that i would listen to in my free time, but it went great with skiing. jps was just fun, boyds added to the humor, kristis fit well, jons got me pumped...and peps, oh man, awesome. it was real different and added to the overall mood of the movie.

peps part was unreal. it was so well done and the music was just glorifying ever trick he did. i cant expliain it is was awsome. i think Jp did a real nice job with his part. kristi leskinen got alot more styler but sarah is still better. i liked the bonus footage of jon. i liked most of it but i still liek watching ready fire aim moire, just because of pollard... and candide his part was sick

A lot of people really liked Pep's part and i agree it was off the meat rack but i thought Jon blew up too, his part was just sick also. a very solid all around movie though with a lot of good humor. dont know if it was better than forward though

1242s music was the greatest ever, it was actually fun and different, not freggin swollen members every other song. No one acted all serious like they were the shit, it was just fun, which is what skiing should be about, not about how steezzy cool you can be. also, who cares what you like, they made the video, the riders for the most part picked the music and it fit perfect.
