Getting a feel for the type of person who has taken care of the vehicle you're going to buy is a massively understated component of buying a used car.

im pretty sure people buy the aston for performance.. just take the dbs, db9, v12 vanquish.

I would personally buy this over the continental any day. They really are a thing of beauty.

Your truck looks awesome. If I had the need for a full size truck, I would pretty much have that same setup. Diesel with manual transmission, right?

Here's my 2011 Xterra Pro4X with 6 speed:

Day I picked it up with 2 miles on it.

Second day of ownership, 4800' high in the Cascades on stock shit tires.

And finally, enjoying the snow.

what qualifies as an old tin can jeep? TJ, YJ, CJ, XJ, willys??

Jeep wranglers have one of the highest resale values of cars on the road today so getting one cheap thats in good operating condition isnt always easy

Just for reference my 2001 TJ has a kbb value of $10,500. That is a vehicle with 120,000 miles and is over a decade old! It's pretty crazy what price these vehicles demand....that doesnt even take into consideration all of the upgrades i've put into the vehicle, that kbb number is for a bone stock 2001 wrangler sahara

If you really just want something cheap and don't give a shit what it is as long as it has four wheels and drives from point A to point B, go to autotrader.com, set up your search parameters to include any vehicle within X miles of your location with a max price of $Y and max mileage of Z, and see what pops up in your area. You can also specify what transmission you want and if you want FWD/RWD/AWD in the advanced options.
