I am pretty sure he means the north/south divide in the UK, we in the south speak properly, whilst those in the north generally sound ridiculous and are pretty much incomprehensible.

I am currently surrounded by Aussies (in Japan, WTF?) and I have to say I am not finding their accent nearly as annoying as I used to!

Yes southerners speak "properly",like the queen. From my experience however you all also: have a similar drinking capacity to the queen, fight like the queen, and often dress like a queen in some of you lads casees. You lot also don't know when dinner is.

I grant you though, it's mostly true...

None of us can handle our drink because it's thrice the price of yours, and therefore cannot afford to build up tolerance to it.

Yes we do tend to fight like queens, but I can say that I fought a texan yesterday and walked away a champion. So it's not strictly true, but yes.

I'm from Brighton originally, so yes, there are a lot of queens around.

I'm came here with the intention to fight for the south, but I don't know what we have to offer. Just as shitty beaches? Less Mountain Biking? London? We don't have a lot to offer apart from better international Airports, eh, suck on that bitch! haha

Dinner is generally speaking between 5-8pm right?

I think your forgetting where im fromin this whole argument, us devon and cornwall lot can take anyone on in a fight and win, most of them down in here have the inbred power to do so (Personally i am not inbred). We also have the locally grown alcohol that is sold at cheap prices to now make us strong drinkers. Drink some (Grown down my street(from my house in england))-

Alright cornish boy, maybe your posey surfer lifestyle on mucky beaches leads you to be the proud owner of too well fake tanned and gym toned "guns". How ever your frequent inbreeding heritage has no doubt led you to be cross eyed and thus not be able to aim punches or insults. Fighting is therefor out of the preverbial window and straight into your dog muck infested seas.
Yes our beer is still cheaper than your cornish lark, and we have more real ale, ciders for your sister scrumpy boy! Your pasties are no match for our pies!




(p.s. as long as your not from london i don't really mind the south, i do love the north/south divide though.)

Apart from that your response was very reasonable, you seem to be a knowledgable man in that you accept the superior side of the border, if it was up to me id relocate and rebuild hadrians wall above Birmingham. You would be one of few permitted to relocate. Also Manchester and Liverpool airports are superb thankyou very much.
No No No, dinner can be any time of the day! Especially lunch , ever heard of a school dinner?? I don't know about yourself but you'd have never found me hanging around school at 8 at night waiting for the latest serving from our dinner ladies.

when you relocate hadrians wall  make sure to include brummy land as part of the north. With that accent there is no room for them in the south. And take it back about cider, i'm from somerset, and cider is a gift straight from the apples of heaven....bitch.

I was gonna agree with you about Birmingham, and suggest they get there own wall surrounding them to keep them from contaminating the rest of the country with there awful accent.

Whistler's 130 miles north of here (where your profile says you are, Bellingham) soo that makes you not a Whistler local... If you got a seasons pass and skied all Whistler for a season, maybe you'd be a local...

Everyone wants the keys to a combine harvester, especially from the wurzels!!!! Yes somerset has farmers (a lot of farmers), but not everyone, in fact probably a minority speak like that. Birmingham on the otherhand, what is it good for? I mean why do people go to birmingham? seriously I would like to know. not to mention that their 'language' is about as foreign as fucking chinese. Somerset, I don't think it's called the jewel of something for no reason. Oh yeah and Glastonbury Festival, nothing compares to this great heap of somerset fun!
