Try to mess around with the transfer mode of the text, it'll look more realistic. Othere than that it looks pretty good.

like said transfer mode. and camera movement could be a bit out more to show more of the text. also i thought it was jerky at the end a bit. maybe a bit smoother

Not bad at all. I'd try a few things though. Make sure you have motion blur on (I can't tell for sure if it's on or off from the flash video, but it looks like it's not). Also, I'd play with the camera movement a bit. You might want to make the camera quickly whip-pan from the wall to the floor to hide the corner of the two planes (the corner is the biggest thing that detracts from the realism for me). And I'd play with the camera's bezier handles a little bit to make the camera motion smoother. You're off to a solid start!
