I have been working on my right side spins lately, but I now have a problem. I've been trying right side 540's. This means landing switch looking over my left shoulder (which I have trouble doing), I've been trying to get used to riding switch looking over my left, but it hasn't really been working out well. Any pointers would be great. thanks.
carving switch and looking over a different shoulder (left shoulder when carving right, right shoulder while carving left) and staggering your skis accordingly all helps to get good feeling for skiing, and landing, switch. then like 180s both ways with just letting your head go (it's hard to explain but when you spin a one to the right look over your left shoulder and vice versa.)
that just helps when you're comin out of the spin and looking to ride away .
