I just looked at it in the mirror and the whole bottom left area of my gum is red and there's like a 2mm by 1mm hole just above where the gum covering the jaw bone/teeth ends and turns into cheek. Not really a "hole" but looks like somebody took a small spoon or something and scratched it out a bit. It fucking hurts, it wasn't there a few days ago and I'm getting a bit worried.
At first I thought it was just irritation but it has gotten progressively worse over the past few days and I'm starting to get a bit anxious?
