Replying to First weekend on donner partys

If youv been thinking about getting a pair of dps, stop thinking, stop reading, go get them now. I skied abasin on saturday and they were absolutely amazing. In the few tree runs i got in (still alota shit hiding in the woods) their float and easy ability to slash quick turns was astounding in deep light snow, i found a couple spots where drifts made it waist deep and they blew my mind. But i was expecting these to be absolutely epic powder boards so that was no surprise, what amazed me was i could actually ski them on the rest of the hill. On the groomers where there was no powder and just soft snow i had noo problem linking up turns at all, it was easy to get on edge and carve down as fast as i wanted. Shit i had an awesome time skiing some bumps that collected on the side of the trail. Hopping around small pillows in powder was just awesome and i can't say enough good things about these skis.
