okay so i am debating on which binding i should get on my Atomic Punx. I can either get maker griffons or rossignol SAS 120. I am 6'1 about 145 lbs. I have been searching around reading about them both but i just would like to get some input on some people who have actually ridden them.
sas 120. super solid binding, more metal, new shorter hole pattern for the heel. sooo nice. griffon is ok, but if you ski hard, i question its durability (until i beat on them for a season, i dont trust anything)
thanks guys!! ya i just really needed some input I'm still not sure about either binding. I am also debating taking my FKS 120 off of my other skis and putting them on. But not sure yet. anymore first hand experience with either of those bindings would be doooope.
Yeah i am missing one break because it was way bent and my local shop tried to bend it back and it broke off. I want to get a new binding but if i end up shredding my fks for another 2 years i won't complain
of your choices, I'd go with the FKS. Really good binding, has made its proofs! I would also consider salomon's sth14 or 16, both really solid bindings too.
