Replying to Boot question - heel coming out (+k to help)

okay so i just got some brand new dalbello il moro's. i had them head molded and got superfeet so they feel amazing just i had one worry/question. my ankle on my right foot comes up much easier than my left foot, even when the 'ankle' buckle on my right boot is fastened all the way and my left buckle is only like half way. should i be worried about this? should i take it back to the place where i got it fitted, or should i just not care about it? does it really matter?
