get a skin caliper test because those electronic ones don't work for shit.  Also just because you are below 10% doesn't mean you will have a six pack

6ft 160 - 165lbs. a couple of months ago when i was working outside busting my backside and playing baseball 5 days a week i was at 8%... lol i dont even want to know where i am now.

Hahaha, nah I mean I don't look like fucking skinny skinny. I just don't have any body fat on me. Super fast metabolism, I bet I eat more than most of the peeps on here. 3-4k calories a day with two protein shakes and power bars. I bench a reasonable amount as well. Its not like I am a decrepit old figure haha.
