Who the fuck eats ostrich?

So I went to this German restaurant in Springfield MA tonight, and I was shocked when I saw this on the menu.

I was really tempted to try it, but I figured you probably can't get quality ostrich this time of year so I got the wiener schnitzel instead.

I've had too many ostrich burgers to count. Burger Inn here in Calgary sells em. they taste great.
