Need help with 270s out

pretzel. i don't get it, any tips on coming out opposite way 270? i can spin it easy coming off same way. how should i place my skis just before coming out.

just scissor, i forget to most of the time, but when u remember to scissor, its so much easier

use your head when i look at footy of when i get them around and when i dont its all a matter of if my head was looking the direction i want to spin
and just commit to it

think of it like this, when your skis are flat on a rail or box you are unable change your path or spin very much. when you want to spin on a rail or off it you need to use your toe or heal to put pressure on the edges of the rail or box.

watch this vid, use your space bar to start and stop it, use the arrow keys to look at each trick frame by frame! especially look at nick martins segment. there are perfect examples of both 270's off using his toe and heal edges to help him get his rotation going. stand up and visualize yourself doing the same movements.
there both very easy once you get the concept.

ya. what i do is i lock on but hard enough that when i spin out my tail hits the side of the box/rail and i come out forwards. It gets annoying. I'm trying to bring my heel up when i pop off. Next time i go skiing..

dope, i take it this is easier on rails. like i'm dece at both but it seems like the scissor would be easier on a rail.

also when you spin 270 on do not look at the end of the rail, keep looking at where you took off from, this will keep your momentum from taking you around.
