What are these birds and where do you find them?

hey does anyone know where to find those birds you always see pics of people feeding in CO? i think it might be around aspen or something, but maybe they're elsewhere as well. you always see pics of guys in the woods letting these things eat out of their hands and whatnot...i was just wondering cause i want to go feed one this winter.

they are some sort of jay and they will eat anything you hold out for them, it is so sick having a bird eat food out of your hand. they live all over colorado i see them all the time

They call them "Camp Robbers" and that photo was taken on top of Aspen Mountain. You can see Aspen Highlands in the background and some of Snowmass backcountry too.

You can hold french fries or bread up and they will come down and snag it from you. Hell you can even put it on your head.
