canting the soles of ski boots or adding shims is common for hi end racers - but the toe has to be ground down to fit the DIN standard size for the binding (toe height max & set 'square'). This maintains the safety of the release. And of course use enough stainless steel screws.
I haven't heard any physics or science on the grippy vibram sole other than posts that it works OK with the sliding afd's. I would suggest an inital test period and maybe turn the DIN down a notch.
chk if your binding is autofit or if you have to do a toe height ajustment....if the vibram is softer you may have to tight it up to avoid any wobble. Good luck.
