Im looking into making a box for my yard. What type of plastic or material or whatever should i put on top so it slides good?

plastic, go to ur homedepot or something and talk to them about it, they will tell u wuts a good durable material

Lexan seems to be the material of choice. You can find some at sign shops or I think Home Depot. Formica would probably work if you have an old countertop lying around.
