Ok so this weekend im goonnna build a rail. It will be made from pvc and wood. I think im gonna make a double barrel and about 12 feet long. how high should it be? 2 feet? 2.5? also, what price will i be lookin around? and do i drill the pvc on from the top or bottom? my friend said top but i would think u would hit the holes and fall
