just tried this and the files downloaded but then when i opened them theres no sound?

did i do something wrong?

i copied and pasted my youtube link then asked for it to be transfered into an mp3 format...

i figured i'd ask here cause newschoolers since you guys seem to be able to answer most anything.

I use it all the time, did you try playing the file in itunes? really should work.

yea i clicked download from the email copy or what not then it opened in itunes and is playing but theres no sound....i tried a few different videos. was i suposed to click convert to mp3 or itunes?

try saving it from the file sent in your email to desktop or anywhere else as an itunes file (or it will ask what program to use) open it,  and it should work....
