I Just wanted to let everyone be aware of this. I know that there isn't a ton of snow on the ground, but we should always be worried about avalanches. This is not an avalanche clinic, but a presentation by Craig Gordon, A Forecaster from the Utah Avalanche Center on how avalanches happen, and how you can better stay safe in the backcountry. Anyone who will be spending ANY time in the backcountry should come watch this video and learn from one of the best! Even if you will be spending time in the sidecountry, or just building jumps, you might be in more danger than you might think. Come spend a night with Utah Freeskier Society and Craig Gordon to check out a realy sick video and learn some stuff that you might not know! Oh, this building is brand new, so we have been asked not to bring food or drink into the theater. Thanks!
