The FAQ section of the site has nothing, and I work at a shop that is a Salomon dealer in Pittsburgh. If I go through the shop, I go through my local rep. I talked to him today, and he does not seem willing to help me out. Therefore, I'm trying to contact other reps to see if they can help me.
