Hi there, I've rodeod/mistied/front flipped etc. (counting sketchy landings) and am pretty confident doing most things on a tramp ,cork 9s etc.,
I used to be able to do them on the trampoline but after landing on my neck on one, when ever i try to do one it turns into a kind of off axis lincoln, even if i dont feel any fear before trying it i'll still go completely off axis, like a bad habit! and now i've started to go off axis on my fronts aswell!
Any tips to sort that out as a Backflips the trick i've always wanted to nail just for its novelty value and it pisses me off not being able to do them!thanks
