Is CS4 worth the upgrade?

I found a place that will sell me the cs4 master collection for $200. this is an amazing deal, as retail its like 2000, but is it really that much better than cs3? I use the whole collection, not just video

if its actually legit yeah why not just do it. thats an amazing deal. and i heard cs4 isnt that big of a deal except the linking between programs is way better or something.
i know there was something like this in cs3 but like say you could take a clip that your working on in premiere and edit it in after effects and it would just update while you were editing in after effects without rendering it out and reimporting.
i thought you could do this in cs3 too..but yeah i dunno i havent really looked into it cause cs3 is working just fine right now.
