same here, misty just made the most sense to me in my mind.
I think with any flip trick you just gotta huck it a lot harder than you would on a tramp. like the hardest you ever have.
I'm thinking of trying a lincoln this year as well. I have tried them into pow a couple times and kept ending up doing rodeo 5s. gotta keep my eyes on the horizon.
dont lincon your first invert thats a terrible idea, you WILL over rotate and over rotating a lincon is bad news (dislocated shoulder, broken collerbone just to name a few).
backies are easy as hell just do that its all about commiting because you just get a good pop and just keep looking for that landing and as soon as you see that landing you can either stall that backie out or whip your legs around for the landing.
do a backie, dont get discouraged you will over rotate the first few times but its really not all bad.
A lincoln loop is a wonderful first invert, I did them at momentum this summer and they were rather easy.
just pick a point on the horizion keep your eyes on that and then just and huck it. if you dont keep your eyes on the horizion youll accidentally make it an underflip
as for getting hurt, I over rotated it once and landed on my side, it wasnt too bad just lost a ski
You Tube on my Page Gnar2104 video is Lincoln 1, and lincoln. Little kicker on Cameron pass. Exactly what you need!
I'm gonna be trying the back 1st then lincoln. Only on a pow jump tho
